False information of a contract and bad service.

I was offered a better deal on my existing contract by people contracted by Vodacom. Once signed for this deal nothing worked out as promised which led to unforeseen cost and deduction fees. After many calls and visits to local Vodacom stores and outlets no solution could be offered and I'm still stranded with frustration and bad service from Vodacom. Please advise...
