False information and lies by Vodacom 4U Fourways Mall

I upgraded our company cell phone contracts through Vodacom 4U at Fourways Mall on the 24th of July, all information given to me regarding the prices of the contracts was false, we only discovered this when I called the Vodacom Business call centre to enquire about an abnormally high account.

I don't understand how this mess happened as we sent everything we wanted to the consultant at Vodacom 4U Fourways Mall on a company letterhead yet somehow they decided to give us whatever suited their pockets (or maybe the salesman's pocket should I say). Not only are the contracts entirely opposite to what he actually offered us but all additional costs were never disclosed.

I have been asking Vodacom 4U at Fourways mall for the documentation I signed that the consultant brought with to my office, but nobody is willing to help me, they keep telling me they need to request it from admin, how do they not have copies of these documents? Is it because other than every e-mail I have in writing, this will expose the lies and false information?

I have been in contact with Vodacom 4U Fourways mall since Tuesday last week trying to get this sorted out. I am not getting any help from the sales consultant that did the upgrades, I have also been in contact with his manager and he too has not bothered to get back to me about my queries.

I will never do any business with Vodacom 4U at Fourways mall ever again!
