False information and horrible service

Hi,

My name is Sue-Jani Gagiano.

On 06/10/2016 I went on the vodacom online site, provided my number, and then it stated that I am liable to upgrade my current contract with vodacom.

I submitted the contract and phone that I want. The next day, 07/10/2016, I received my quotation and an employee at Vodacom contacted me to confirm everything. I eventually then received my phone, everything was good.
The quotation I received stated that I had a R0 balance on my previous contract and didn't owe anything. My monthly installment would be R348.49 from 07/11/2016.

This morning, 08/11/2016, I noticed my debit order didn't go through and decided to phone.
Customer care and online services at Vodacom advised me that my installments would be R680 for 07/11/2016, R550 for 07/12/2016 and R550 for 07/01/2017. They said it's higher as I am still paying for my old device, even though the quotation said I don't owe anything.

I sent them an email yesterday morning but no response as of yet and it has been 24 hours.

I tried contacting the upgrade department but their lines are off and do not respond to their emails. This morning I phoned customer care and they advised me that there is nothing they can do and I must pay for two handsets.

If I knew from the beginning that I would have to pay so much, I would have waited until January to upgrade. I was not informed of this and the person I spoke to confirmed TWICE that my monthly debit amount will ONLY be R348.49.

I believe that Vodacom can assist me in this matter and this is their mistake.

I am extremely unhappy with vodacom atm.

Hi Again. After waiting for two weeks for Vodacom to respond, I finally received a reply from them, which I am very grateful for.

Vodacom promised that they will refund me whatever is owed to me, I was very pleased to receive this email from them. But now I still haven't received my invoice and statement, on my vodacom app it shows that my next debit will be R520 (which is suppose to be alot less as promised), everytime I try to phone customer care on 082 111 I wait for 15mins plus then I get cut off, I emailed Vodacom this morning at 6:10 am and still no reply. My debit order goes off in 2 days from now and I cannot get hold of Vodacom.

IS NOBODY WORKING AT VODACOM AND HAVE THEY FORGOTTEN WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS?!

Can anyone please help me as Vodacom is distroying my christmas spirit.
