False information and bad customer service no honesty by Vodaworld Agent Samuel Marema

Samuel Marema is the most *****ed agent ever. He made us sign documents thinking we going to get the A8 free tablet when purchasing the zfold4 Samsung device on black friday deals Dec 2022. We never read the documents and just signed because we trusted Vodaworld would live by honesty and integrity but we were proven wrong and ****** by Agent SAMUEL MAREMA. I pray customers don't get serviced by this *****ed man as he doesn't live by Honesty and integrity. Disappointed by Vodaworld service in Midrand. So we now sit with the Loss of the Free A8 Samsung Tablet. Maybe this is his way of taking these gifts for himself and making extra back door cash. Wonder how many other customers he done down.
