False information

Last year when it was time to upgrade I went to the branch in Mall at Reds in Centurion. After speaking to a lady there I decided to stay on my plan I had the previous year as she informed me that the plan has become cheaper. I paid the connection fee while at the branch. Still my account is over R300 and I have not exceeded any of my data or phone minutes. Not to even speak of your poor reception where I stay.
