False Information

I had a payment with Vodacom to settle my Account as my number was already deleted from the network. The arrangement was to pay R1200 per month from March 2017 to September 2017. I stuck to the arrangement and made the last payment month end September. After this payment I called vodacom's legal department and they confirmed on more than one occasion that my account settled and they will send me the settlement letter. To my surprise the letter did not arrive but instead my account was handed over to the lawyers and I now owe an extra R1092. Even after explaining the situation to the lawyers and forwarding them the proof of payments, I got an email this morning that a section 129 has been issued. I am very unhappy with both companies and I sincerely hope that the people responsible if any will be dealt with.
