False Fibre advertising in Marina da Gama

I recently had a Vodacom sales person visit my home in Marina da Gama to sell me on Vodacom fibre. The sales person advised me that they are running a black Friday deal and if I signed up today I would double my fibre speed at no extra cost. Meaning I could choose 20Mbps fibre for R809 a month and it would be doubled to 40Mbps at no extra charge. Obviously I jumped at the deal and signed the forms. Everything seemed to be going smoothly with my go live date happening tomorrow, I thought I should call in and confirm that all was in order.

I was then told that I was signed up for 20Mbps and they had no idea of the Black Friday deal. Sales and support have advised there is nothing they can do and quite frankly didn't seem to concerned about the false advertising and promise that was made. Naturally I would like to cancel this fibre order and stay as far away from Vodacom as possible going forward.
