False debt claim

Hi vodacom. I was just contacted by burnard Raaff debt consultants. They called saying I ow over R9000 on my vodacom acc. I have never even had a contract with Vodacom so please explain to me how I can ow money to something I've never had. They say I must fill in an affidavit stating I havnt had a contract before with vodacom and I must send a copy of my ID signed 3 times. This is an inconvenience to me and a waste of my time. Can you please assist me with this issue
