False deal!
Vodafone called us to offer a deal for a PORTABLE modem “the size of a credit card” for R149 per month.
Our parcel arrived but was a full router / modem.
After numerous phone calls they have said they will collect the pncorrect product and refund us but WILL NOT give us the original deal. Voice recordings have proved that we agreed to the original deal for the portable modem.
Furious!
