False data deals sold
On Monday evening I bought 500mb data bundle for my mother-in-law for the amount of R63. When the data came through we received a confirmation sms stating she has received 250mb normal data + 250mb night owl data. I didn’t buy the data with the intention of getting a 250mb deal. What must my mother-in-law do with night owl bundle??? No where does it state that it was a 250mb deal. I have a screenshot of the deals listed and the data bundle options. You people are conning us.

I have screenshotted all screens and proof of reference. There’s no confirmation of a 250mb combo deal. Your response is pathetic and ridiculous. By the way, where is the call I was promised in your initial response?
