False, and miss leading customer for the sake of gaining sales.

I was called by vodacom consultant a week ago, it is my time to upgrade and i was not decided yet, vodacom consultant ofered me package of 70GB day and 20GB night in total 90GB, and he said the monthly payment will remain as the one I am currently paying, I ask the consultant 3 times if he is telling the truth about the package before acepting the offer, the consultant agreed and I take the offer, I even tell him that after this call am calling vodacom to ask if he is really working there since called me after 4pm, after his call i called vodacom and tell them that I want to confirm my upgrade that was done same day, only to find out that the consultant did not put what we have agreed on the system, I ask consultant to escalate and request them to listen to the call, the consultant promise to call me back and she didnt, I had to call in again, the consultant transfere me to the department that did the upgrade, and i speak to the consultant and she was telling the samething that what I am telling her is not the same as what is captured on system. I request her to go through the call and I want what was promised on the call. The consultant told me that she will escalate for them to fix everything they will come back to me, until now i never get a call, I only receive email today about the quotation of what I never agreed on. And according to them that is their response by sending a contract with quotation without replying to my query off which the call recording is there.
