False and Misleading Advertising

<p>I bought a cellphone at Edgars that came with promotion for data on vodacom network subject to instore sim activation, rica and loading certain value of airtime. The above was met from my side however to this date nothing was loaded.I followed up with both Service provider and Edgars and no-one is able to assist. Im being referred from one post to the other.I am frustrated by false and misleading advertising and feel that my right as a paying customer with freedom to chose was violated as I bought something because of false advertising.</p>
