False and misleading advertising

Vodacom has zero percent customer service ethics. I ordered a Lenovo laptop 2 weeks ago. When ordered they told me it will take up to 2 to 5 working days. 12 days has now passed and still no laptop. I go to the store in Ballito KZN and they don't have stock. I call the head office and they don't have stock and don't know when they are getting. So why on earth advertise a product that they don't have. This is really so terrible and misleading. Pathetic service
