False Advertsing - Summer Gigs R3000 Vouchers

I took out a Smart S+ contract with a Huawei Mate 20 Pro through Vodacom in Sandton Square about 3 weeks back (12th December 2018). Upon signing the contract, I was informed that I was eligible for up to R3000 worth of vouchers, of which R200 would be instantly redeemable against the purchase of an accessory. They told me that balance of the vouchers would be sent as a code which would be within 7 to 10 days. It has been over 3 weeks now and I am yet to receive the vouchers as promised. I called both Vodacom as well as the store and have been pushed from pillar to post, spending nearly an hour on the phone. I was told by a salesperson at the store that I was misinformed when taking out the contract, but this is clearly false as the advertising blatantly says that I am eligible - I even have the advert to prove it. I am really disappointed and angry with the store and with Vodacom itself and I demand that this is set right and that I am issued with the vouchers as promised as me taking out the contract from Vodacom rather than another provider was influenced by the fact that I would benefit from these vouchers.
