False adverti*****t and ***********

I am have been a vodacom customer for over 13 years l have never been disappointed like this in a company l have been try to claim from vodacom insurance for over 2 week's now with no prevail falsely adverting on the website stating you can claim and receive your phone within 48 hours my daughters education has been placed on hold due to vodacoms incompetence hence why l never renewed my contract with them. Vodacom should count its days as me being a customer l am done with this company forever
