False Adverti*****t
I just want to bring this issue to your attention since I never got the help I needed.
On the 29 November 2019, there was a Black Friday special advertised on paper for most Vodacom shops in Durban CBD and surrounding areas.
There were deals that were having data bundles and power banks included when buying that particular phone, and one of those deals were the Vodacom ZTE Aspire 5 going for R549.00.
I bought that package because it was a great deal advertised and I loved it.
Unfortunately what was advertised was not what I received and when I asked the salesman that sold me the phone, He told me that "Vodacom didn't bring the package in store, they brought the phones only" and then he left me.
I was only told that after the purchase and opening the phone. My sim card was not RICA'd, I never received any invoice for my phone apart from the slip that came out from the speed point when I was swiping my card.
So the service that I received was terrible, and I was rushed throughout the process being told to sign here and there on blank forms that weren't filled.
The salesman that was handling my purchase was a short Indian guy with a surname "Khan'', I forgot his name, but the store where I bought this is Vodacom store inside The Workshop in Durban CBD.
