False advertising when they phone you to upgrade

Terrible terrible service. They phone you to upgrade and sell you some kind of we grow voucher that you can go and study any course and Damlin or 6 other institutions. Only to find out it is a discount voucher not a full voucher. They don't say that. To cancel the upgrade is a nightmare. Vodacom does not answer their phones at all
