False advertising Vodacom???

I signed up for a contract on the Vodacom website on Black Friday in 2017, which was the 24 November 2017. The contract was a one day special only which consists of 2 devices, Sony Experia XA1 Ultra on uChoose Flexi150 and a Sony Experia XA Ultra on uChoose Flexi55, both these deals on one contract for R349 a month. I received my order on the 02/12/2017 via the courier. In the middle of December 2017 I was debited R119 from Vodacom which I assumed is a once off joining fee. I received my invoice emailed to me on 10/01/2018 stating that I will be debited for R595 on 31/01/2018. I called the customer service centre to dispute this as I was billed for airtime in November 2017 of which was not possible because I only received the device in December 2017. After explaining myself to 3 different people and holding on the line for several minutes, I was told that I was credited for the airtime that was incorrectly charged for, my debit order will now be for R436,84. I am absolutely frustrated at the fact that I have to go through numerous phone calls, explain myself a thousand times and still no one understands that I signed up for a special that was R349 a month and now I am being billed for something else. Is this false advertising Vodacom? This was advertised on the Vodacom website and on a Black Friday Pamphlet by Vodacom. If this is not fixed before the debit order goes off at the end of January 2018, I will take it up with the Consumer Protection Act.
