Please review Vodabucks order *** 2x xbox controllers 1x Samsung 32” Smart TV 1x Doffit Gps smart Watch 1x Samsung Galaxy Active watch The order was completed, Money was deducted from my account, Received sms from Digital Planet that the items will be delivered within 5-7 days, all happiness, gifts sorted for Christmas. NOW, on the 20/11/2020 I received a refund from the vodabucks store, Deal cancelled. WHY? No message, no sms, no phonecall, Nothing? So Why? Tried to contact Vodacom through the facebook page again. What an useless service, rather just close the facebook page. Idiots working there. First of all the idiot at facebook tells me that I must try and order again from vodabucks store. How the **** must I do that if there is no products available to order except 1, the dofit gps watch, this is no after I have told them that, and again, they will ask me a second time to buy again, *** is wrong with Vodacom. The IQ Level to work at Vodacom must be nothing more than 2. Please explain yourself Please do, for this pathetic service. Now you tell me, that I must wait until it is available again. NOT A CHANCE, I ordered, you took my money, I received confirmation, so where is my items. Is this perhaps Vodacoms latest **** to make money in Covid for lost revenue, False advertising products to get money into the bank and make a boat load on interest, I would love to see those statements for the week. How many people did you ***** over. taking peoples money, keeping it for 7 days, then refund them, and keep the interest gained. Then say **** YOU. Or Did you perhaps needed money for a new venture and Capital was running low. Come on, do you really think we are stupid. Get your act together. I want my items. False advertising combined with *****ing money, interest gained, customer ****ed, and Vodacom does not give a ****. Please explain. This message will be posted everywhere.
