False Advertising, Pathetic Sales Team - who needs costumer satisfaction when your this big ?

Vodacom, besides there usual terrible costumer service - Agents upselling you contract and making invalid promises.. Now adds false advertising to there accolades. https://www.vodacom.co.za/shopping/deal-details-page/DV3C29DGGE?contractSkus=DV3C29DGGG&contractSkus=DV3C29DGGE I have tried for over a week to secure this deal - which is advertised on line.. Only to be told - they can't find it on there internal system and it must be discontinued.. So why is it being marketed ? On the Main Vodacom Webpage on a rolling banner.. Complete and utter incompetenece - and a complete lack of interest in trying to actually sell to a willing customer. Pathetic... I just wish there was a competitor that I could switch to.
