False advertising & pathetic customer service

So vodacom had a glitch on their website where an s9+ was going for R211 pm. I thought this was a special and placed my order and received an email stating i would be contacted...fair enough.

To my suprise i was informed by a friend that the price is no more R211 but now R799.

To make sure i still had my deal I phoned vodacom and was told to email ********** so i did with attached proof .

I then went to twitter in order to get a speedy response... Lo and behold , their members said it was a glitch and they can't honour anything.

This is absurd and to make things worse, the twitter team stopped replying.

Vodacom is so full of ***!

I was singing praises about them 3 days ago and we've been loyal customers for the past 15 years.

Vodacom should honour this deal since no correspondence was sent to say it was a glitch. How was I supposed to know that it wasn't correct.

Should vodacom feel that I'm insignificant or come up with some pathetic excuse as to why they can't help me, I shall escalate this matter
