False Advertising -out of stock for the month of advert

A Lenova i7 package deal was advertised and I have called nearly every day for a stock update and there was never any stock. Every time I called I was told next week but still nothing was there. This is false advertising and I think if you advertising specials you need to rather make sure you have stock available to sell . I was eventually told yesterday there was an i5 .I then asked to keep it until tonight but they refused . I felt that this was the least they could do after messing me around for a month . When I called this morning it was sold out so now there is nothing .So now what ?
