False Advertising on Sony M2 AQUA

My husband has renewed his contract with Vodacom - in January when he first got the phone the phone was freezing he then took it to vodacom Alberton they said the phone needed a software upgrade which they done he got the phone back. +/- 3 weeks ago we went out - his Sony M2 Aqua which is a water phone that can take pictures underwater. we took a picture of a crab under water that was about 20cm under water the phone then froze and didn't respond. we took it back to Vodacom and they ad to send it in to the repair center, we got notified that the phone was beyond repair due to liquid damage. they are not willing to sort this out we want a new phone or will not be paying for this contract. with the new phone we spent extra R550 for screen protection and a cover. Previously we had the sony that also takes pictures under the water and no problem. when i called the *** number the guy said i shouldn't have swam with the phone after explaining to him it was use to take a picture (20cm underwater) not to swim with we know how to use the phone as we have had a waterproof phone before we know that all the covers need to be closed. This is false advertising !!!!!! Below is IMEI number<br>
