False advertising on online upgrade

2 months ago I typed in my number into the Vodacom website and it said that I'm eligible for an upgrade of my contract. After looking at a couple of choices, I picked the Huawei Note 20 lite on the smart data 2GB contract @ R399 pm. (I still have the confirmation email) Two months later I learn that I took out a premature upgrade, that i have no knowledge of, and that the contract that I chose is actually R645.98 pm. Now I'm about to get hit by a double bill of R1131.01 for a clear mistake from Vodacom side. I phoned the call centre on 16 April and they told me to email ********** but i received zero response since then.

I spoke to a consultant that said there was a problem with the migration of the contracts and that I have been invoiced for both. She also said that my account will be credited with R346.96, but It's been 2 1/2 weeks and nothing has happened. And the full R1131.01 has been debited from my account anyway without any credit. And no one rep**** to the mail that I sent with the confirmation email of the contract + price that I should be paying for. Please get back to me with an answer soonest
