False advertising / not willing to meet contractual obligation.

I renewed my business contract almost 2 months ago that included R5000 Kulula voucher and screen insurance for a year.

Despite 2 visits to the shop again, 10 phone calls and many emails this has not been delivered to me and although things are escalated, nobody will take responsibility for the issue. I have just spoken to "Tub" (sic) who is in management at customer care who would not put the call through to senior management and then put the phone down without assisting further except to say the sales store and the sales person is responsible for dealing with it.

This is my first step as threatened to go public with Vodacom's unwillingness to deal with my issues timeously and I will continue to look into legal opinions for Vodacom's false advertising and not meeting contractual obligations here.

I will definitely hesitate before putting any other further business through Vodacom with whom I have been a loyal client since 1996.
