False Advertising/ No Knowledge of Accounts/ Incorrect Billing the list goes on!
I was told in October when I called, that the first month would be free, the term free usually means that there is no payment, or am I missing something? At the end of October my free interim LTE should have been cancelled when the Fibre came into effect, I then called once again and was told that the interim LTE was in fact cancelled and that my 1st Debit would be on the 1st of December which would be for the month of November. 1st of December came and went and no debit order was taken. I then contacted customer care and was sent from pillar to post as no one seemed to know who I should speak to. Eventually I was transferred to someone who was willing to assist me, (Your more than welcome to go back on the so called recordings that are taken during these calls), I was then informed by the consultant that my first Debit order would only be going off on the 1st of December and that I would be charged for one month. I asked several times what the amount would be and what date it would be going off of my account to be sure. So imagine my surprise when just a few minutes later I receive an invoice and a statement for not double but triple the amount.
I do not see the point in contacting the customer care centre so that I can be transferred around like someone playing broken telephone only to be given false information. Hence the reason I asked for a Manager to contact me or at least someone who would know what they are doing. So it is either one of two things, either the Consultant gave me false information, or someone has messed up with the billing. If you could be so kind as to at least figure out which one of the two it is and then get back to me with a solution and not another problem that would be greatly appreciated.
