False advertising "new" laptops on contract that are second hand and refurbished

I took out 3 laptop contracts last year and since getting these laptops they have given us endless issues to a point that we went directly to Lenovo to have them assessed only to find out that 2 out of the 3 laptops are refurbished!!! Not new as advertised. Someone else I know took out the exact same deal having issues with the laptops too. So for a year we have been paying for laptops that don't work properly and some of them not even new. I call Vodacom to resolve this and keep getting passed around luckily for me I have legal cover and will be finding out what my rights are around this false advertising. It's so unfortunate that we re**** on these to work and it let my cousin down when she was overseas with no way of getting help Vodacom you have a lot to answer for. I want my money back, I want NEW WORKING laptops and a credit for the inconvenience caused. Like I said I am lucky enough to afford legal cover and willing to take this as far as it can go with the Cpa I am sure they would have an issue with you guys selling people second hand laptops from a lot of laptops that Lenovo have said has given people issues.
