False advertising/incorrect product knowledge.

I went on to the Vodacom site and came across their summer 2015 promotion ( starting 9 November 2015) where they clearly state that if you sign up for a contract with certain mobile devices you will receive a gift being one of three items either a headphones set, power bank or a speaker unit as well as a Takealot voucher to on of three values being R1500, R1000 or R500. When I signed up for the contract (LG G4 Stylus) I queried the voucher for takealot the consultant was not aware of this voucher from takealot. He asked colleagues as well as his supervisor/ manager and according to them the gift from take a lot is the either the headphones set, power bank or a speaker unit however their site clearly states you will receive one of three gift items as well as a gift voucher. Incorrect product and promotion knowledge has now made Vodacom seem as though they promote false advertising. I am VERY unhappy about this as the takealot voucher was really a selling point for me. Please look into this as is not on i have seen quite a few hello peter complaints about vodacom. I do have screenshot of all this promotion information on the vodacom site.
