False advertising *******???

I am totally disgusted with the lack of customer support received from Vodacom shop Loch Logan. I upgraded my cellphone on 18 July 2015. The name of the consultant who assisted me is Douw. I chose the Huawei P8 as the offer included a talk band. The talk band is the only reason I selected to take the Huawei. It was advertised in the Vodacom pamphlet yet when i collected my phone I was told that they haven't received the talk band and would contact me as soon as it arrives. This was over a month ago and I have still not received the talk band or any update as to when it will arrive. I have phoned Douw on several occasions and left messages for him to contact me back, which he never does. I don't know if he isn't getting the messages or if he is just *********** at his job. As far as I know this is false advertising and is ******* and I am beyond frustrated at the unprofessionalism of the consultants. Maybe I should lodge a formal complaint at ASA.
