False advertising Huawei P20 lite "Duel sim"

I would have given you (0) stars if it was possible , I bought the Huawei P20 lite for the specs A.K.A the DUEL SIM, guess what turns out to be FALSE advertising from "SA's Biggest Network" you might have more customers if you WERE NOT soft blocking customer from using the second sim slot that they RIGHTFULLY paid for.... I spoke to one of the support consultants 082 135 and i was informed that the "sim-cards" doesn't support duel sim, do I have some news for you ....**** **** pants on fire I had a xiomi redmi 3s prime duel sim, that was working perfectly ,so why do you keep on telling us lies that the phone does not support it , although the spec-sheet tells us it does support duel sim. I will make sure that Next phone I buy will not be on the vodacom network nor any of my contracts. Hope to hear from you soon
