False advertising from Vodacom

I bought a Samsung J1 mini prime from Pep cell on 26/6/18. The cell phone came with a promotion promised by Vodacom. A 100 MB promotion for 6 months. This was provided I recharged my account with vodacom and kept my sim card in the phone. I recharged and may have spent up to R300 and never removed my sim card throughout but to date I have still not gotten my 100 MB. I spoke to various call center agents who promised to assist me and they have still not done their jobs. I believe that vodacom has promotions at these stores which they are not willing to honour. I am willing to take legal action and post this in the newspaper as these ARROGANT JERKS are not willing to sort this out...ITS NOW 2 MONTHS AND THEY REFUSE TO ASSIST ME...
