false advertising for blackfriday

Good day I received a brochure for black friday for a package special for a hauwei p10 lite plus a p9 lite for R250 per month for 24 months. So yesterday i gave in my application forms to see if it will get approved. I was told they will check it in the morning for me. So today on black friday i went to see of i got approved and i was told they will not get in stock and i should go to the other vodashop (in n1 city mall) i have in my application there and i was told they will run my application but the van did not yet bring the stock and they will phone me once its there. After a long wait they phoned me and said sorry mam we only received 3 packages and they are already sold again, after i gave my aplication long before it even arrived.. Then i went to cellucity and they also did not have in stock. Yet all 3 stores has p10 lites and p9 lites in stock but cant he sold as a bundle.... And this special is valid till the 26th of november so how can a special run whole weekend but only 3 bundles is givin to one shop out of 3 vodacom shops in n1 city mall.. This is clearly a vodacom head office problem. And since the special is running for the whole weekend, and i did everything required from me i feel that vodacom should still give me this special seeing that its running till the 26th..
