False Advertising
You advertise the iPhone with all of its features, but you tell none of the users about the flaws connecting and disconnecting to your network. After you "promised" to fix it, it just remains unsolved and users are sent to the istore for a fix. This sounds like Vodacom chasing sales and not client service. I feel not only have I been **** to in the sales process, but you are lying to so many other people and not doing anything about it!

28 Jul 2021, 19:46Good day Vodacom,
This is not a device problem. I have been having this problem since I had the previous iPhone. Numerous times Vodacom would "fix" it and nothing happened. I decided to upgrade as you advertised the new iPhone heavily. Waiting for extra-long and even finding out how some stores sell stock to walk-in, even though there is people who order long-before hand. This is disgusting!
I then went to your Vodacom store(for which I had to take time off, so you will be held liable should you be at fault after the investigation)
The lady CONFIDENTLY said it's an iphone problem and vodacom sends their people to istore. Now, istore said they get the people coming in, but it's a service provider problem. After also speaking to other iphone users, it seems that it's a vodacom problem and vodacom is selling and marketing a device with problems not disclosed to the public.
So unless Vodacom is able to solve this issue, I will persue legal action for false advertising and also failing to disclose relevant problems to a consumer which would have made a big impact in my purchase decision as I cannot work like this.
Please email me at *** or call me on *** to discuss as I will be holding you liable for disruption of business every time I am cut off from the network due to this problem.
You guys KNOW this is a problem and do nothing about it.
