False advertising/ disregard of consumer rights

As a Vodacom client I was contacted by a marketing company/ direct sales agent of Vodacom but the name of Mondo.

This company misrepresented a product and sold me a contract which I do not require.

I have now been told that in order to return the goods to Vodacom I will need to include a signed affidavit.

For the return of goods!

I was not able to listen to my call without going into a Vodacom store however they are unable to listen to my call from their offices? Are you joking?

Please explain to me where in order to return goods it is stipulated that you will have to return them with an affidavit?

The return request was well within the cooling off period-not to mention the hard sell I received.

I was promised on the 21st of July by Mondo that 'As per our telephonic conversation, please note a collection and cancellation has been logged with ref numbers below: Ref Numbers: 56425 and S3-8AI3V-VVQY'

Obviously this was just a lie to have the debit order run off so that they can collect their portion.

Please cancel this contract and collect your goods.
Furthermore Vodacom has supp**** this third party with personal information of mine-breaching my client confidentiality.
