False advertising - Consumer act not adhered to

So, i called Vodacom Fiber to upgrade my subscription/line. Then the sales or call center consultant informs me that i can have a 50mb line for R599 on my current package, in which i question her three times if that's correct? She agrees. Then a reference number is given. I get another call to authorize the upgrade but guess what. Price is changing, then an agent Kerwin mentions no matter what error the lady said/did i am not getting what i was promised. What happened to the price shown or told stays? Oh, and when i requested for the recording i am told i can't get it, what happened to my right to access my agreement or discussions with Vodacom? Really disappointed and in the right mind to use another service provider. I wonder who else is promised such and then told the other.
