False advertising by Vodacom

I am stil unhappy with how vidacom operates to be honest. I bought a smartphone that comes with data on the 21 January 2022 from Ackermans store. There was a promotion that I will get 200MB for one year, airtime for 7 days and YouTube data but till today I am still waiting. I call customer care they said I must wait for 72 hours till today. One of the vodacom consultants called me after they saw my review on hellopeter but they only sent me 500mb. He said I must Sen him a picture of the sim card with all the details showing on the simcard what I was going to get. I felt like the guy was playing games with me after I refused his offer to send me 10GB data valid for 60 days. They're fully aware that their simcards don't have the details that they're looking for. I called Ackermans and I was advised by the manager that what Vodacom is looking it's just a trick not to give me what is due to me. So vodacom you know the deal you made with Ackermans and the store was full with your adverts from the door, the store Windows and everywhere in the shop ont on the simcard because it's just regular simcards that you delivered maybe 6 months before the promotion. I need my data and my airtime that's all.
