False advertising by Vodacom

With my August statement, i received an email stating the following: "Congratulations! You've Won With Vodacom In 2024, we have been offering rewards to our loyal customers. If you signed up or upgraded your contracts and received a reward, we give you our highest commendations for sticking with us and enjoying our service as well as our 30th Birthday gifts. Congratulations!"

Nothing recieved!

Then I upgraded, because they said i would get a R2000 accessory voucher when upgrading to the Z Flip 6. Also nothing !!!

Took it up and emailed all the necessary info to ***.

They dont give any feedback and just continue to close the ticket without resolving the issue.

Pathetic
