False advertising between vodacom and peo stores

Horrible false adverti*****t we bought a cell phone after opening the box the adverti*****t screen protector was not there.grace said she will come back and didnot the next day i laud a complaint and pep revert, grace phoned my husband back and said that wecan not get the deal because we didnot buy from vodacom and now we loose because that was not told to us if it was we would have gone to vodacom directly. Why are ther adverti*****t of great deals if it does not apply to the store, i bought a cell phone with the adverti*****t and i dont care about the vodacom set up that was not explained to us. They only worry about making that target. Now i dont have the screen cover as advertised and i dont care where they get it but i want it it is her fault that we did not receive the right information and why must the public lay in silence about these things. We have a photo of the adverti*****t and iwant the advertised stuff that is why we bough the cell phone of all the extras and it was a gift.
