False Advertising

I recently app**** for a contract at Vodacom Canal Walk. I wanted to take the Huawei Nova Y73 & PlayStation 5 Slim Digital Bundle + EAFC 26 (Game).

On Friday 9th January 2026, I got approved for the contract at Vodacom Canal Walk, Zaahier was the consultant who assisted and offered wonderful service when I visited the store. I then signed and accepted the contract fully expecting the items I have signed a contract for and have a Receipt for.

On Tuesday - 13th January 2026, Zaahier makes contact with me to inform me that the PlayStation 5 Bundle which included the game - EAFC 26, I wanted and signed and expected with my new contract. That their warehouse does not stock the advertised PlayStation 5 Slim Digital + EAFC 26 (Game) bundle.

So, my question is why Vodacom advertises products that are no longer have available. Why create that Customer excitement only to be met with disappointment??

I expected the PlayStation 5 Slim Digital to come included with the items on the receipt and visible on the contract which i have signed for. I have a copy of the booklet, and I also have the original initiation receipt R150 and a copy of contract Items which I agreed to.

Now I expect the money of the game - EAFC 26 (Game) to be made available into PSN Voucher or something in order to resolve this complaint because that was the expectation made by Vodacom when I signed for this contract.
