False Advertising!

And almost two months later my complaint has not been resolved! The Vodacom Mall Of The South eventually called me to collect my laptop but the said voucher that the laptop came with I did not get.. Allegedly I was going to receive an sms with instructions but that did not happen... Sooo the stationery vouchers that vodacom is trying out are actually not available or it was just a bogus adverti*****t ! So I want a R500 accessory voucher! Mpho the agent I dealt with at the store initially told me that this R500 voucher was for accessories and not stationery then later changed her story and said actually its a stationery voucher which then was acceptable because kids were going back to school but guess what kids are already at school and stationery bought sooo I guess this defeats the purposes, if I was sold an accessory voucher then thats exactly what I want! Its not my fault that staff at Vodacom franchises don't have product knowledge. On Monday the 14th of February I call Mpho Vodacom Mall of the South and told her that I want want a solution to this and I want my accessories voucher, I told her to give me a call with a solution which she has now decided to blatantly ignore me and probably hopes the problem will go away on its own, I asked her to phone me back Monday before close of business, today its Thursday and nothing still. VODACOM I WANT MY VOUCHER, I would have gone to another provider if it was not for your special that came with that voucher.
