False advertising

Vodacom is false advertising i upgraded before Christmas to the iPhone 12 and did not receive my Amazon subscription when i phone them they do not know about the promotion and can not help me. I phoned Vodacom today wanting to get fibre as they advertise yet again false advertising as they told me there is no fiber in our town so maybe i can get answers from Vodacom true social media as they are beginning to do the same as Telkom just transferring you to the whole company and being on hold for hours just to wast my time.
