False advertising

During February Vodacom 4U had a special on regarding a cell phone with a tablet. I was phoning the whole of February that stock would be received, but eventually, after the end of February, no stock and the special was not valid any more. Now, during March, the same thing is happening again with a tablet. I have been told by Vodacom 4U Clearwater every time I phoned that they will be getting stock. When I phoned this morning, I was told that the tablet has arrived. I drove all the way to Clearwater. When I got there, they wanted to give me a Nokia, and not an I Phone!!!! How is it possible that this can happen twice in a row
