Shocking experience at the Vodacom Table Bay Mall branch in Cape Town. False advertising of a bundle, sales staff that lies about phoning you back, sales staff that do not follow up on request and ultimately a rude and condescending store manager: Jonathan Benting who effectively said that as a franchise they are not affiliated to Vodacom, do not represent Vodacom and do not care about the service or products from Vodacom and cannot help the fact that they are not delivering.
