False advertising and poor service

Vodacom sent me an email with their latest deals showing an S23 for R649 pm over 36 months and that you would get 650 GB anytime data per month. when trying to take up the deal it only gave 650 MB per month. i tried speaking with their call center wo was unable to assist and advised me to send an email, i sent two emails and did not receive any response.
