False advertising and poor service

I took out a contract at the Vodacom Mall@Reds in Centurion on 27 June (Galaxy A70 phone). Part of the contract was a Samsung sports watch and a powerbank. Firstly, the powerbank's cable does not fit on my phone. Secondly, I have been trying to redeem the watch since then and visited the store on several occasions. The person from Samsung who was assisting is not replying to my emails. This is poor service and false advertsing. It is impossible to get hold of the manager of the store as the phone number provided was out of service. I have tried to get hold of her by going into the store but she is never available. Really disappointed with all the empty promises and lack of service.
