False advertising and No accountability

I bought Builders vouchers in the begining of Nov when I wanted to use the vouchers Builders knew nothing about this deal and yet the terms and conditions claimed that you should be able to go in store and pay with it at the tills .The vouchers have now expired and whilst I have been calling Vodacom there has been no conctrete feedback after false advertising Vodacom has vanished with the vouchers. The call centre keeps promising to call back till to date there hasn't been any feedback 2 months later. Please never ever buy any vouchers from Vodapay because Vodacom is not taking any accountability.

Whilst someone contacted me from Vodacom.Till todate there has not been any formal feedback as to what is happening with these vouchers purchased beginning Nov 2021 and I must say that this has been a major inconvienence by Vodacom in terms of my time spent constantly following up with Vodacom and the money spent calling them again this is bad excruciating customer service.I would never recommend anyone to buy from Vodacom
