False advertising and leaking of sensitive information

After getting back to South Africa, it is time for an upgrade, why not add a R49 Showmax to your account when you sign up for Showmax using your cellphone number, querying it for almost every month, they still can't assist me, so I go to Vodacom head offices, they still can't assist me and tell me they will get back to me, I then email them and tell them about my issue. After emailing them I get an email back from another 2 companies stating that they had received the email and asked Vodacom to please look in to the matter. I presented these emails to Vodacom and Vodacom claims it is not their fault. What concerns me is that I had emailed Vodacom my sensitive data and those emails were forwarded to other companies without my consent and refuse to fix the matter.

It has been several months now waiting for a response regarding my two matters and yet to no avail. These are some serious matters specially if sensitive data is being redirected to other companies. and false advertising.
