False advertising and deceit

Entrance to Clear water store yesterday, a consultant introduced me to the Huawei phone - selling the incredible professional photo capabilities of the phone, amongst other things. I advised that I would see what was available for upgrade. When I reached the consultant, he advised that my available package was no longer available and would have to be upgraded to a Red advantage. I asked questions re the Huawei and other available phones including the IPhone - and was told it was a 16gig and he wouldn't recommend it . He reiterated camera capabilities of the Huawei, failing to mention (which I found out after the fact), that the note and the S6 Samsung were also available in said package. So upon the consultant's advice - I took the Huawei. Needless to say - the camera capability is WORSE than my S4 - and nothing as they marketed it to be. I now have a phone that I am unhappy with, and NO recourse. Store manager says that the consultant stated that I walked straight up to the counter and insisted on purchasing this specific phone. Which is a blatant lie. Out of box failure with no guarantees is apparently the only option. Canceling the contract also not an option.
