False advertising and day lite *******

Vodacom sent me a sms to say that I can upgrade my contract. In July 2016 I went to Waterfall cressent, Woodmead to the Vodacom store and a lady with the name of Susan help me. We upgrade on the same type of contract the Choose flexi 150 and the Hauwei P9 Lite with the amount of R249.00 per month. Nothing was said that I have to pay on my old handset. End August I have a debit order deduction of R849.50, a whole R300 more than the contract amount. I went in and ask what is going on. They tell me that I have to pay for the old handset. I leave it there but I cancel my debit order of Vodacom. I accidentely pay into this account another R233.20. The end of September they put an amount through of R434.31, another R120.01 more. This month the amount is R767.82, R220. 32 more. The total amount of R640.32 on a contract that was started on 16 October 2014, and been upgraded, the handset is only R110.00 per month that I have paid for 2 years.

WHERE WILL THIS END, WHEN I CANCEL ALL MY CONTRACTS!!!!!!!

THIS IS PLAIN COMMON *******!!! If you look at this review, rather concider Cell C or MTN. I will never take another contract out with Vodacom. Next year I will cancel two contracts and the year after the last one.

VODACOM AGAIN..,....NO THANKS!!!!!
