False advertising and continued debit orders for returned product

Vodacom is just a ****. Got called and sold a false contract in march which I thought was an upgrade only to find out it’s a new contract . Called to cancel the contract and took their router back back but I’m still getting debited every month for something I don’t even have. I’m really fed up with this **** network need my refund and my contract cancelled ASAP.
